The pandemic has uprooted the lives of so many and created so many unimaginable obstacles for businesses and individuals to navigate. Students and working professionals alike are struggling to cope with the new status quo of remote working and learning. With such drastic and sudden changes, mental health has come to the forefront of self-care, especially for those with preexisting mental disorders, like ADHD. Our mission at COPE is to spread awareness and resources for those who are struggling with mental health during the COVID-19 outbreak. This series focuses on ADHD and how to get through the depression and anxiety that can trail with it.
